Providing subject‑matter expertise for operational services, ensuring decisions are grounded in operational reality and strategic priorities. Acting as the bridge between the project team and operational stakeholders, ensuring that change is understood and embedded effectively. Working closely with project teams to ensure the outcomes, sequencing and timing of delivery align to the overall programme and any blockers to progress are removed. Assessing business readiness for change, identifying gaps, and working with stakeholders to prepare people, processes, and systems for implementation.
