As a Safety Learning Facilitator you will sit as a core member of the Safety Learning Team, reporting into the Safety Learning Manager. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the way in which the RNLI learns and implements its safety lessons to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable organisation. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to those outside of the safety learning team, supporting the safety learning process, and shaping recommendations.
Supporting our Safety Learning Leads, you will facilitate both the progression of learning reviews through the lifecycle journey of the process, and the management of safety learning, including recommendations and associated processes.
Qualifications:- Substantial experience in a health and safety / investigation role.
- Strong IT skills with experience using multiple systems to capture and extract information.
- High level of organisation skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to coach others through complex processes to achieve desired outcomes.

Delivering across the UK and Ireland the team continue to develop a proactive and just approach to learning from incidents both afloat and ashore.
