About the Role
Following a comprehensive month-long induction programme based at our RNLI Lifesaving Centre in Poole, you will have the opportunity to work across the different teams and specialisms that develop, run and evaluate all of our campaigns. Your programme will include multiple placements in teams across the department, including:
- Campaign and Engagement Marketing
- Individual Giving and Legacy Marketing
- Creative Services, Supporter Care and Insights
- Social Media and External Communications
- Retail and Corporate Partnerships
Alongside your work, you will be studying for your Level 3 qualification: Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship with Cambridge Marketing College, which will involve online study and support throughout from your manager and from a dedicated tutor.
Apprenticeship Details
Starting in September, this 2‑year apprenticeship (level 3) would suit a highly motivated individual who is looking to begin a career in Marketing. You will be an excellent communicator, self‑motivated, and will enjoy a challenge. You'll be comfortable working with lots of different stakeholders, will be highly organised, structured and have a strong eye for detail and accuracy. You will need to embrace the study elements of your apprenticeship, making the most of every opportunity to learn and develop.
Qualifications
To be qualified to GCSE level grades 4-9 and A‑level standard (or equivalent), with expected or achieved grades of BBC. The desire to pursue a career in Marketing. Commitment to study alongside your role.

Compensation & Contract
£23,492 with yearly increments throughout (our salaries are currently under review and will be updated accordingly). Contract type: Apprenticeship. Hours: Full Time.
