RNLI is seeking a Lifesaving Equipment and Systems Integration Manager to join the Lifesaving Service Delivery Team in Poole. The role ensures lifesaving equipment, systems, and technical support are delivered, maintained, and improved, acting as the interface between Lifesaving Operations and ISS.
You will coordinate with frontline teams, manage escalations, support trials-to-service transitions, and drive change while collaborating with Procurement and Engineering to mitigate obsolescence.
