The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) in Poole is seeking a skilled Boatbuilder for a Severn Class lifeboat refit project. Work is primarily factory-based over a 22-week schedule with a close-knit team of 10.
You will follow engineering drawings, perform GRP lamination and mechanical assembly, and contribute to safety-critical restoration of lifeboats. Must hold City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with previous boat production or marine refit experience.
