RNLI face-to-face fundraising is a job with a difference. You will inspire support for our lifesavers' amazing work, and you will also play a vital role in educating the public on how to respect the water. Support the face-to-face management team in recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating a team to achieve its targets. You will be required to get involved with a range of duties including staff recruitment and management, campaign planning and logistics as well as daily reports and communications required to drive our fundraising campaign to success.
Key Qualifications
- Highly motivated and responsible individuals who can demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Lead from the front and be able to recruit new regular supporters and deliver water safety messages.
- Previous fundraising experience is essential.
- Forward thinking, positive attitude and passion for working with people.
- Previous fundraising and people management/supervisory experience is essential.
