What you'll be doing:
- You’ll support work to improve the quality, accuracy and usability of data across RNIB.
- You’ll assist the Optimisation team with projects that improve customer experience across our digital channels.
- You’ll help analyse and report on performance data to support better decision making.
- You’ll maintain dashboards and performance trackers.
- You’ll help set up A/B tests across landing pages, emails and paid media, and document and share the results with the wider team.
What we're looking for:
- You’ll have experience working with data, analytics or optimisation tasks.
- You’ll be a clear communicator who works well with others.
- You’ll be able to apply, or are keen to develop, an understanding of customer journeys, conversion rate optimisation and digital measurement.
- You’ll be comfortable managing small tasks independently and contributing reliably to team goals.
This role is funded specifically for candidates who experience sight loss and are not in paid work. Previous placement holders need not apply and we are looking forward to receiving your application if this applies to you.
