RNIB is seeking an Internal Communications Consultant to lead our internal communications channels, create compelling content, and help colleagues feel informed, connected and inspired. You will work across the organisation, partnering with leaders and teams to deliver clear, engaging and accessible communications that support colleague engagement and organisational performance.
The role focuses on developing intranet and all-colleague communications, advising leadership, and continually improving communication strategies.
