We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of RNIB’s Project Management Office (PMO). You’ll bring operational expertise, a passion for robust project governance, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and improving PMO governance and delivery frameworks.
  • Strengthening project management capabilities for both large and fast-paced projects.
  • Overseeing project delivery processes, tools and reporting to support executive decisions across the project portfolio.
  • Managing risks, resource demand planning, budgets and change across the project portfolio.
  • Mentoring and supporting team development.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • You’ll need substantial experience in project and portfolio management, expertise in PMO operations, and the ability to apply various methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the capacity to plan, organise, and make confident decisions independently with oversight across a project portfolio.
  • Experience managing teams and delivering change at scale, as well as the ability to deliver impactful reporting to senior audiences will set you apart.
