RNIB is looking for a Digital Engagement Officer to join our Digital Engagement team and help create inclusive, accessible digital experiences for people with sight loss. You’ll play a key part in delivering end-to-end audience journeys that are easy to use, accessible and shaped by user needs, supporting the delivery of digital projects that follow best practice and result in clear, consistent and purposeful online experiences.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll work closely with the Digital Engagement Manager (Website), with a primary focus on RNIB’s website: optimising content and journeys to ensure they are accessible, effective and engaging.
  • You’ll also contribute to wider digital activity, including email and PPC, where needed.

Qualifications

  • Have experience managing projects and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Be confident using data and user insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Have strong copywriting and digital content design skills, with a focus on clarity, accessibility and user needs.
  • Understand how to optimise web content and journeys to improve user experience and performance.
  • Be comfortable making and implementing user experience (UX) recommendations.
  • Be a strong team player, able to build positive, inclusive working relationships across the organisation.
