The Journey and Cross‑Sell team sits within the Content and Conversion team in the Marketing and Communications capability. The main focus of the Journey and Cross‑sell manager will be:

  1. Developing engaging email and multi‑channel journeys to help people hear better now, protect the nation’s hearing and change public attitudes towards deaf people
  2. Identifying key opportunities to connect new and existing donor audiences with our work to transform society, systems and the lives of individuals, one by one
  3. Connecting our different audiences with the most appropriate next engagement with RNID so that we can continue and deepen our relationship with them

You will be responsible for improving and iterating on existing supporter journeys, and developing new supporter journeys, setting priorities and contributing to cross‑sell strategy, measuring performance effectively every step of the way.

What you will be doing

  1. Build,designand deliver supporterjourneyson Microsoft Dynamicsthat engageaudiencesand encourage them totake actions,such asdonating,campaigningor looking after their hearing health
  2. Work closely with colleaguesin Marcomms, Insight and Policyand Fundraisingto develop supporter journeys tailored todifferentaudiences
  3. Maintain oversight of journeys and email across the charity, ensuring supporters receive communications that aretimely, relevantand effective
  4. Set andmonitorjourney KPIs, helping tocreatean insight‑led culture of test,learn and continuous improvement

We are open to receiving applications from candidates who are looking for a part‑time role, with the opportunity to work between 21 and 28 hours per week.
