The Bloomberg Applied Technology Programme is a major new initiative based at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Established through a partnership between senior Army leadership and a major philanthropic institution, the Programme will help shape how military leaders understand, adopt and command in an era defined by AI, autonomy, contested information and rapid technological change. As Director, you will lead the development and delivery of the Programme, establishing its strategic direction, shaping its priorities and ensuring its long-term impact. Working closely with Army leadership and a range of partners across defence, industry and academia, you will build the Programme's reputation as a leading voice in applied technology and modern warfare. You will oversee a broad portfolio of activity spanning leadership education, applied research, strategic partnerships and high-profile convening, ensuring the Programme delivers practical value to Sandhurst, the wider Army and allied partners.
