Royal Mencap Society in Worksop is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a small charity shop retail team. The role is 22.5 hours across three days per week on a permanent basis, with a seven‑day rota and flexible scheduling to suit the team.
You will develop in-store systems, promote donations and Gift Aid, manage stock from local donors, hit profit targets, and ensure cash handling and health and safety standards. Weekend availability and budgeting experience are desirable.
