Join Mencap as a Support Worker in Doncaster! We are looking for caring, committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and activities—making a real difference every day. A full UK manual driving licence is required for the role.

Qualities and Skills Required:
  • Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.

  • Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.

Contract options: 37.5 hours, 25 hours

Shifts: Varied shifts between 07:00-22:00 (rota basis). Sleep ins required on days and paid at a flat rate of £63.70. Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
