Royal Mencap Society in Worcester is seeking dedicated Skills Coaches to join our Mencap Training Academy on a permanent basis. The role supports learners with SEND through employability programs, including Supported Internships, with 1-1 coaching and classroom support.
You will drive learner progression in the workplace and help learners gain employability skills to achieve sustained paid employment, combining on-site support and targeted coaching in various settings.
