Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Community Outreach Support Workers to join our team in Leighton Buzzard on a 28hrs Weekly Contract. You will be working within the people we support homes daily and then going on to support another person after you have finished their 1-2-1 support. Typical shifts are between 0900-1700, 1000-1800, and 1200-2100 Monday to Friday although some weekends may also be needed depending on the need of the people you support.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in their daily living skills and promote independence within their homes in Leighton Buzzard.
- Work with multiple people each day to assist with daily living activities.

Shift times
We will be supporting people in the community via our outreach programme. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
