Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Richmond. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.
We support adults who have a learning disability and live in our 3 supported living services across Catterick and Richmond. We are looking to grow our lively, inclusive, knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly staff team! A driver would be preferable however we are happy to look at all applications. We support both females and males, who all live independent, fun and active lifestyles. Our services are busy environments, from going to day centres, supporting with leisure activities including cinema, seeing friends, gardening, socialising, and they need your support with this.

- Part-time: flexible hours based on availability
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Days: Between 07:00-22:00 AND Sleep-ins: 22:00-07:00. There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of Β£63.70.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references. Job ID: 3392724 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension.
