Barnet Mencap is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults to live independently in housing of their choice within Barnet.

You will work with the Equality Housing Team, following a person-centred planning ethos and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires experience in community settings, strong communication skills, and a caring, diverse approach.

Salary is pro-rata with excellent benefits.
