We\’re looking for caring, committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities. You\’ll help with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and activities—making a real difference every day.

Due to the needs of the services, it is a requirement if you are working on day shifts that you hold a full manual UK driving licence as we have manual vehicles that you must be willing to drive.

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
  • Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
  • Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract options :

Full time

Shifts :

  • Days: Between 07:00-22:00 (rota basis)
  • Waking Nights: 22:00-07:00 (rota basis)
  • Sleep in required on days and paid at a flat rate of £63.70.
  • Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
