Role Overview: Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Abbots Langley. As a Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and provide emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities for people with learning disabilities.
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships.
- Adapt to various work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What we're looking for:

Contract options: Full-time: 37.5 hours. Working hours: Daily hours are between 07:00 am and 10:00 pm. There is a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.
Requirements: All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
Compensation: £13.45 per hour plus excellent employee benefits.
