Mencap is seeking a passionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Southend. You will provide night-time support to adults with a learning disability, helping maintain safety, dignity and wellbeing throughout the night.
Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring wellbeing, light laundry, and ensuring a clean, safe environment during shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 with a 9-hour duty. DBS check and suitable references are required.
