In this role you will be supporting our Retail team with PAT testing donated items, making sure they are compliant for sale. We are looking for someone with an interest in electronics and Health and Safety compliance to help us test our donated electrical items to sell to help raise valuable funds for people with a Learning Disability. If you are already a qualified PAT Tester, this is ideal; however, we would also support the right volunteer in gaining this qualification.
When do I need to be available? This role will take place on a weekly basis for a few hours at Bury Donation Station. We will try our best to be flexible around the best time for you, but also need to consider the store opening times and volunteer rota.
As a Retail Volunteer you will be:

- Make new friends and raise important funds for people with a learning disability

- Receive full Training and support
- Volunteer alongside other people
