Mencap is seeking a Supported Employment Practice Advisor to join its Quality team on a full-time, fixed-term contract initially for 1 year. The role will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Supported Employment Quality Framework across all services, coordinating with frontline staff, managers and stakeholders to embed evidence-based quality practices.
You will carry out quality reviews, observations and analysis to identify improvements, support external validations.
