Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in St Austell.
Responsibilities:
- Support with community and home activities including cooking, cleaning, shopping, appointments, leisure activities such as gym attendance and local amenities.
- Serve as a driver to transport staff and patients as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
Benefits:
- Shifts between 09:00 and 19:00/20:00 with rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.
