Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Harworth. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. A driver is essential within this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities.
- Provide emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and transportation, as required.
Qualifications:
- Post exempt under Equality Act 2010.
- All our services are 24hr care.
- Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Days: Between 07:00-22:00.
- Sleep in is essential.
Salary: £13.45 per hour plus excellent employee benefits.
