Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Bexhill On Sea.
As a Relief Support Worker, you\βll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Your responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life!
- Monday to Sunday shifts:
- 07:00-14:30
- 09:00-16:30
- 14:30-22:00
- Weekends: 10:00-15:00
