Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our teams in Bexhill and St Leonards on Sea.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community.
  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships.
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and social activities as required.
  • Record care activities and report to the supervising team.

Contract Options

  • Relief support worker contract in Bexhill and St Leonards on Sea.
  • 24-hour care with rotas planned at least four weeks in advance.
  • Optional non-contractual sleep-in available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20 per hour.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: £25,577 per annum (pro rata).
  • Annual salary: £24,402 per annum (pro rata).
  • Annual leave entitlement based on hours accrued.
