We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our management team.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent (hybrid) position working from home but also having a presence in the region covering the Midlands region , including areas such as Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Birmingham, Warwickshire , Staffordshire, Loughborough, Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent and surrounding locations . Attendance will also be required at some n ational events.
As Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key leader within the organisation, responsible for the performance, quality, growth and operational delivery of services across your region. Reporting to the Operations Director and managing a team of Area Operations Managers, you will lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding support for people with a learning disability whilst driving continuous improvement, innovation and commercial growth.
About the Role

Lead, motivate and develop Area Operations Managers and operational teams.
Drive high-quality, safe and compliant services across the region.
Manage operational and financial performance, ensuring effective use of resources and budgets.
Identify and manage risks, supporting teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
Lead organisational change and embed strategic priorities across services.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support business growth, service development and retention of existing contracts.
Promote a positive culture aligned with our organisational values.
About You
We're looking for an experienced operational leader who can demonstrate:
Significant experience managing people and developing high-performing teams.
Experience of workforce planning, service reviews and performance management.
A strong understanding of quality, compliance and operational excellence.
Experience of managing financial performance and multiple budgets.
The ability to analyse information, make sound decisions and manage risk effectively.
Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
Experience of working within learning disability services.
The ability to build effective partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Flexibility to travel across the Midlands region and on occasion nationally.
