Mencap is seeking a passionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in Portsmouth. This role involves delivering high‑quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live independently and enjoy fulfilling, meaningful lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide person‑centred support and care to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Deliver support in a flexible, 24‑hour care environment.
- Work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with clients and the wider team.
Qualifications:
