At Mencap, we believe in making a difference, and as a Pay & Benefits Coordinator, you\’ll be at the heart of our mission.

This is your chance to join our dedicated team within the people directorate who are focused on supporting and enhancing pay and benefits across Mencap. As a Pay & Benefits Coordinator, your role will directly contribute to ensuring our pay and benefit processes are accurate, timely and aligned with our organisational goals.

We are looking for someone who is not just organised but thrives in a fast-paced environment with a genuine passion for building positive relationships and making a difference. If you enjoy solving problems creatively, interpreting data to inform decisions, and communicating effectively to enhance the colleague experience, this role is tailor-made for you.

This role is a full time permanent position. At Mencap, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible working policy to support our team members. This role as a Pay & Benefits Coordinator includes the option to work from home. Whether you prefer working remotely or in the office, we provide the flexibility to ensure you can perform at your best.
