We are looking for a positive, compassionate, and caring Support Worker to join our team in Burgess Hill on a part‑time, permanent basis (30 hours per week). At this service, five people with learning disabilities share a home. Two require support into the community; the other three are more independent. There are no personal care requirements. Everyone has busy schedules and enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests.

As a Support Worker, flexibility is key. You may be required to work a variety of different shifts throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, sleep‑ins, and weekends. We also try to factor your own commitments into our rota.

Contract options:

  • Part‑time: 30 hours per week.
  • Shift times: between 7am and 10pm.
  • There is also a sleep‑in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.

What we are looking for:
