Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Engagement and Support Officer to join our Employ Me team to support delivery of the supported employment programmes across Staffordshire Moorlands and Newcastle-under-Lyme. The role is part time (22.5 hours per week) for 2 years, based in local partner sites, with a focus on building partnerships with referral partners, employers and providers. You will engage with employers, coordinate in-work support, and help people with learning disabilities and autism.
