Royal Mencap Society’s Belonging team is seeking a communicator to help turn our commitment to inclusion into practical action. You will connect colleagues, share experiences and encourage involvement through internal campaigns, events and projects.
You will write clear, accessible content, support Belonging Networks and the Colleague Forum, gather stories from colleagues with a learning disability, track engagement and suggest improvements. Interviews begin early November 2026 onwards.
