Make a Difference Every Day – Join Mencap as a Support Worker

Locations: Nottingham, West Bridgford, Arnold, Beeston, Carlton & Bingham

Hours: 25–37.5 hours per week

Mencap is recruiting Support Workers across Nottingham and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding role supporting people with learning disabilities to live independently and confidently.

The role includes:

  • Supporting daily living, personal care, and activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • A range of contracts from 25–37.5 hours
  • Some services include sleep‑in shifts
  • One service recruiting for waking nights
  • 24‑hour services with shifts planned in advance
