Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Ilkeston and Long Eaton, Derbyshire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and playing a vital role in their lives.
What we're looking for:

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
This role requires you to be a driver. This service operates 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00‑18:30. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
