Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Llanelli. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support in a 24-hour care setting.
A driver is required, and you will work with rotas planned at least 4 weeks in advance to help you balance your personal life. We welcome disabled applicants and those from Black and Asian communities, promoting equity and inclusion.
