Support Workers Wanted Across the Conwy and Llandudno area. We’re on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team in Conwy, who are looking to join an established supportive team of colleagues who make a real difference to the lives of the people they support.
We are looking for someone to come on board for 12 hours per week to support people in the Conwy area. Shifts can be discussed at interview but ideally we are looking for someone who can commit to 2 x 6 hours shifts per week, with the option to pick up other shifts in our other services in the area as and when the need arises. While we are looking for a 12 hour post for this service, we understand that sometimes people are unable to commit to regular hours, but still want to offer support. This is also fine as we are always on the lookout for relief staff who can work with us on an ad-hoc basis to suit their schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with learning disabilities live full, independent lives. From daily activities to emotional support, you’ll play a key role in their everyday joy and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings & weekends
- A positive, empathetic approach
- Full UK driving licence & your own car (or reliable local transport access)
- Welsh language skills are a bonus – not a must!
Shifts & Pay: Our services offer 24-hour care – rotas are shared at least 4 weeks ahead so you can plan life outside of work. An enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
