Key responsibilities include:
- Provide person‑centred care by assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, sorting post and other household responsibilities.
- Support with personal care, medication administration and manual handling when required.
- Help individuals access the community – visits to family and friends, shopping trips, local garden centres, hobbies such as football and wrestling, arts and crafts groups, and participation in volunteer work.
- Work across a flexible rota covering 7 days a week, including weekends, with sleep‑in shifts as part of the role.
