Royal Mencap Society seeks a Systems, Quality and Process Coach to raise quality and drive continuous improvement in Mencap's England helpline.

This full-time fixed-term role starts September 2026 and focuses on audits, process enhancements and data-driven reporting.

You will develop digital resources, ensure accessibility, and mentor colleagues to hit quality KPIs, using Excel, Power BI and CRM systems to turn insights into actions.
