We are looking for a full‑time Registered Service Manager to lead our service in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, supporting people with a learning disability to live the life they choose.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support.
- Provide clear leadership, develop staff teams and build strong relationships with families, commissioners and partner agencies.
- Manage budgets and maintain high standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring ongoing compliance with CQC requirements.
Qualifications
- Experienced leader with a strong background in health and social care, ideally with experience supporting people with a learning disability.
- Excellent people‑management skills and a practical, values‑led approach to leadership.
- Good understanding of what great support looks like in practice.
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
