Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team across Penzance, Marazion & Hayle. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities for individuals with learning disabilities.
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships.
- Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Operate a vehicle and drive as required.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive and empathetic attitude toward individuals with learning disabilities.
- Capability to work flexible shifts and drive.
All roles subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
