Do you love being out and about, getting stuck in, and knowing your work truly makes a difference? We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team in Haverhill. Life here is active, social and varied. The people we support enjoy trips to the gym and swimming pool, catching up with family and friends, going out for lunch and even the occasional show. No two days look the same, and you’ll be right there alongside them encouraging independence, building confidence and sharing great moments. This is more than just a job. It’s about empowering people to live the lives they choose.
You will be supporting with daily routines, household tasks, attending appointments and getting out into the community. Most importantly, you’ll be helping create opportunities, choices and meaningful experiences every single day. We’re currently offering full‑time, part‑time and relief contracts. Shifts range from 7am to 10pm, with sleep‑ins from 10pm until 7am.
