In this role you will be supporting our Personal Support team with administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with an interest in volunteering for a charity to help us in our office in Havant. You will need basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word and Excel in particular) to be able to do this role.
When do I need to be available? This role is based in our office in one of our homes in Havant, and flexible based on your availability, with an ideal minimum commitment of a few hours a week.
Activities you could get up to whilst volunteering could include:
- Scanning paper files
- Filing the scanned documents via SharePoint
- Archiving the documents once scanned
- Whatever other ad-hoc help is required!
