We have a vacancy in our Supported living service in Fishguard. You will work as part of a dedicated and long-standing team who put the people we support at the heart of everything we do.


You will be supporting 3 active ladies with all the activities they enjoy in live from Holidays, Horse Riding, Volunteering, Swimming and plenty of shopping. Living live to the full!


There are a variety of shift patterns including sleep ins, days, weekends and bank holidays. We are committed to work with individuals to ensure a good work life balance, rotas are out at least 4 weeks in advance to support with this.


What we're looking for:



  • A genuine passion for supporting others.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.


Contract options:



  • Part-time: flexible hours based on availability


All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!


  • Days: Between 07:00-22:00

  • Sleep-ins: 22:00-07:00


There is also a sleep-in available where you willreceive an enhanced flat rate payment of£64.20.
