Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
As a Female Support Worker, you\’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will support a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs.
Your role will include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital part in their lives.
What we\’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options:
35-hour contract on a fixed four-week rolling rota, including evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends.
All our services are 24-hour care, including sleep-ins. Rota schedules are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life!
Sleep-in shifts offer an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
