Royal Mencap Society invites applications for a female support worker at our Connah’s Quay service in Flintshire. The role supports two young people with a learning disability, delivering daily living tasks, emotional support and promoting independence. The 30-hour-per-week contract includes sleep-ins, days, weekends and bank holidays to support a healthy work-life balance.
We emphasise dignity, respect and teamwork. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
