Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Employment Specialist to deliver the Connect to Work programme across Newcastle-under-Lyme.
This full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term role supports people with learning disabilities to move into meaningful employment.
You will provide intensive, up to 12 months of employment support for those out of work and up to 4 months for those at risk of leaving their job, following the SEQF framework to achieve measurable job starts and sustained employment.
