Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Castleford shop. The role is 22.5 hours per week across three days on a permanent basis, with a seven-day rota. You will drive donations, sales, and Gift Aid while maintaining store standards and leading staff and volunteers.
You will manage budgets, weekly income, banking, and be flexible to cover weekends and bank holidays, with travel to occasional meetings and training as needed.
