Royal Mencap Society (Mencap) is recruiting an Engagement and Support Officer to join the Employ Me team, delivering supported employment programmes across Staffordshire Moorlands and Newcastle-under-Lyme. The role is part-time (22.5 hours per week) for 2 years, with responsibilities to engage local providers and employers and generate referrals.

You will build partnerships, communicate effectively across levels and help increase workforce participation through the Connect to Work programme.
