Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Caister‑on‑Sea.
Shift: 10 hours (10:00 pm to 07:00 am). This role provides full‑time overnight support for adults with a learning disability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care support to adults with learning disability.
- Monitor general well‑being and attend to any needs during the night shift.
- Carry out laundry and cleaning tasks throughout the night.
- Assist with daily routine to ensure residents feel safe and comfortable.
Qualifications & skills
- Passionate and committed to supporting people with learning disability.
- Enhanced DBS check – paid by Mencap (T&C apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight hours.
